Gemma offers a nurturing postpartum home visit to best support your recovery after your baby arrives, suitable for vaginal and caesarean births. She comes to your home with her vast knowledge of postpartum experience and wisdom, offering support, encouragement and care.
Postpartum Home Visit
Mums need care and support not just during their pregnancy but also after their baby is born.
During this visit mum can choose to receive either a restorative massage, reflexology or holistic pelvic care. Or a combination of two therapies can be offered. Gemma can also include the additional support of Postpartum mentoring and a nourishing bag of goodies.
This package would make a nurturing gift of wellness for any new mother.
