Holistic Birth Preparation Session
This session helps you prepare for labour offering the much needed held space to release childbirth-related fears and anxieties, promote bonding with your baby, and provide relaxation through pregnancy massage, maternity reflexology, acupressure, guided visualisations, and meditation
