FAQs

  • Please plan to be with me for approximately one and a half to two hours. During the first 30-45 minutes, I will thoroughly evaluate your health history. I will consider your past health, digestive, emotional, and reproductive health. I look at the whole individual rather than focusing on just conditions; this way, we work together to find the root causes, tailoring treatment plans to your specific needs. After this, I will move on to the bodywork portion, and depending on your health goals, you will receive one of these full treatments: Holistic Pelvic Care, Womb/Fertility Massage Therapy, Reflexology, C-section Scar massage, Therapeutic, Prenatal, or Postpartum massage. Once the bodywork portion is complete, I will teach you a self-care protocol (if applicable), and we can discuss any recommendations or follow-up care.

  • If you are a new client, please print, complete, and sign our client consultation form and bring it with you. You may also bring any relevant lab work results.

  • No problem! Every first-time appointment involves a very thorough health history evaluation. From here, I can determine what to focus on and how to continue care.

  • I am happy to assist you and ensure that you feel at ease before scheduling an appointment, so please do get in touch. Let me know your preferred time and contact number so that I can call you back and answer any questions you may have.

  • The length of our collaboration will depend on the complexity of the health issue you need help with. If it's a condition that requires long-term attention, it may take more time to resolve. Typically, clients work with me for 3 months to a year, while others continue to work with me on an ongoing basis to maintain good health and well-being.

  • Most clients choose to book between 2-6 scar therapy treatments, which can be scheduled monthly or bi-monthly. During each appointment, your scar will be stimulated, and you may notice improvements immediately or in the following days after the treatment. Your scar will continue to improve in the days and weeks following each session.

  • Once the scar has fully healed and there are no open wounds or scabs, treatment can be performed. This is usually when the deeper layers have healed from 8+ weeks postpartum.

  • I meet with my clients every week throughout a full menstrual cycle. After that, treatments are tailored to address specific concerns and goals. Each menstrual cycle phase impacts the others, so it's important to consider the whole cycle. Additionally, continuous emotional support is crucial for women's health. If we had to select one stage to focus on, pre-ovulation would be the ideal choice.

  • Fertility massage therapy can be enjoyed at any time, except leading up to or during bleed time. Reflexology can be done anytime.

  • It depends on your personal preferences, needs and resources. Typically, my clients benefit from visits every 2-6 weeks when getting started to build momentum and make progress towards their goals. However, if you prefer regular support, you may schedule appointments every 1-2 weeks. Once your therapeutic goals are achieved and stabilised, we generally won't need to meet as frequently. We may decide to meet every 1-6 months for maintenance, support, and adjustments to your established routine. Ultimately, we will work together to determine what works best for you.

  • I understand your wish to have a baby, but unfortunately, that is not something I can do for you. I can assist you in taking care of your physical and mental health and helping you to create the optimum environment for a baby, but there is no magical way to conceive a child, and you should not trust anyone who claims they can guarantee it.

  • I specialise in safely providing tailored treatments for clients from conception to the postnatal period. I modify my treatments to offer special care and support to the body during early pregnancy. My primary focus is on supporting the hormonal system, alleviating early pregnancy symptoms, and providing assistance for stress, anxiety, and exhaustion.

  • Although some of my clients have gone into labour after my sessions, I can't take credit for it. I always tell them that their body and baby won't go into labour unless they are ready. I can help create the best conditions for the physical and hormonal magic to happen, but ultimately, it's their body and mind, and the baby, too, that will initiate labour when the time is right.

  • Holistic therapies can help regulate the nervous and hormonal systems, improve gut health, reduce stress, and provide much-needed time to recharge.

  • It wouldn't be ethical for me to say I could. I am fully committed to supporting your mind, body, and spirit in regaining its innate balance. My aim is to provide you with the necessary tools to make strides in reclaiming it. You can expect me to do everything in my power to offer you the most comprehensive care possible. The people I work with achieve results; you can see their stories of transformation on my testimonial page.

  • You can receive postnatal treatments at any time after giving birth, and I will tailor them to meet your specific needs based on how you and your body are feeling. Sometimes, I may focus on helping you recover from the intensity of childbirth, while other times, I may focus on providing physical and emotional support, especially if you've had a long and physically demanding labour that has left you exhausted. You can choose to have the treatments at home or you can visit my clinic. Also, your little one is always welcome to join us.

  • It's important to consider your situation when seeking support for a miscarriage. I usually see clients who are waiting for a miscarriage following a scan, but I can support you in any way you need. My treatments are entirely client-led, meaning that I'll work with you to provide emotional or physical/energetic support tailored to your specific needs.
