Cancellation Policy
I understand that everyone's time is valuable and that we all have many important commitments to attend to. I am grateful that you have chosen me to be a part of your healing journey and I strive to provide you with the best possible service.
If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance to avoid being charged the full cancellation fee. You may contact me via phone, email, or text to make any necessary changes. Please note that I do not accept scheduling requests via Instagram or Facebook.
In the event of an emergency, please let me know as soon as possible. If you forget about your appointment or fail to cancel it, you will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of the treatment you reserved.
The Cancellation Policy also applies to a Gift Voucher booking. Gift vouchers cannot be extended past the expiry date.
Fees must be paid in full before the consultation (online or via BACS transfer). Payment is required at the time of booking for initial appointments, and one week before the appointment date for follow-up appointments.
I will send you an email confirmation when the appointment is booked and a reminder text a few days before your scheduled appointment.
Please note that I do not offer refunds for missed or unscheduled appointments.
