Peri/pre-menopause and menopause are unique experiences for every woman. This time of life offers rich opportunities for creativity, transformation, and celebration of your feminine potential. Together, we will focus on your needs and cultivating self-love and self-compassion as you transition into your vibrant, wise woman years.
I offer this menopause retreat day for women who may prefer a 1-2-1 or small group therapeutic environment for comfort and support. This retreat is designed to be a rite of passage and can be whatever you want it to be. Everyone needs time to connect with their deep feelings without distractions and feel safe enough to feel in the body what their truth is.
We will explore the mind-body connection and its profound impact on your well-being. We'll also look at the Chinese medicine perspective of menopause, which offers rich insights. You can receive restorative treatments such as holistic pelvic care, womb massage, and reflexology, either alone or in combination. We can also create and blend healing flower essences and aromatherapy blends to support your nervous system and digestive and hormonal health.
How does it work?
I will hold a non-judgmental, therapeutic container to allow you to land and unfold your current challenge together. Learn at-home supporting practices to your specific needs, or dive deeper into clearing trauma patterns and gain more pelvic presence with holistic pelvic energy techniques and visualisations.
You can choose to spend half or a full day with me, where we can create a personalised experience based on your specific needs.
