Learn to connect with your pelvic landscape exploring reproductive health and the intricate anatomy of the pelvis. Through a gentle blend of therapeutic touch therapies, meditation, and movement, here you will find a caring space to nurture your body, honour your experiences and welcome the wisdom your body holds.
This pelvic self care retreat is specifically for women who may feel they need more time to acknowledge, embrace, and care for their bodies in an embodied way. Learn a variety of practices which may include guided meditation, visualisation techniques, and gentle movement to connect more deeply with your pelvis.
During our time together, you will have the opportunity to engage in integrated bodywork therapies either as a combination or as stand-alone practices. This may include abdominal massage to loosen the diaphragm and deep seated emotions for more expansive breaths. In addition, womb massage and internal pelvic work can be offered to release tension in the fascia, creating a deeper connection to your body’s tissues and pelvic structure enhancing your body awareness.
It's so important to learn how to listen to our body/temple and take care of it from the inside out to prevent issues later on in life.
We can share some laughs and enjoy a yummy and nutritious lunch in nature to nourish our bodies. We can also discuss healthy eating habits, stress management, and how to find joy even in challenging times.
